Children’s Church

Children’s Church at First Presbyterian Church, Morganton is a fun and faith-filled time designed just for kids in grades five and under, including our nursery-age friends! During the regular Sunday service, children are invited to enjoy an engaging Bible story, activities, and games that help them learn about God’s love in a way that’s easy to understand and full of joy. It’s a special time for growing, laughing, and discovering faith together!

Middle & High School Youth

Join us on Wednesday nights, 6:00 - 7:30 PM in the downstairs youth lounge for Youth Group at First Presbyterian Church, Morganton! Middle and high school students come together for fun, fellowship, and faith-filled discussions that make learning about God engaging and relevant. We create a space where teens can grow in their faith, build lasting friendships, and discover how God’s love connects to their everyday lives.

Adult & Family Ministries

Adult Christian Education Opportunities

Join us on Sunday mornings at 9:45 for thoughtful, Bible-centered learning. One class follows The Present Word (PC USA), offering guided study and meaningful discussion. Another Electives Class dives into timely biblical themes and topics that connect faith with today’s questions. This class is also available via Zoom.

First Wednesday Fellowship

Gather with us on the first Wednesday of each month for an evening of connection and community. Enjoy a meal at 5:15, then stay for special programs and activities beginning at 6:00. It’s a relaxed, family-friendly time to share fellowship, build relationships, and enjoy being together.
